Dale Godges

Dale Godges – Corporate Controller

• Extensive experience with closely-held businesses, with a particular emphasis in budgeting and forecasting, real estate portfolios and advanced estate planning
• Certified Public Accountant/Practiced as a CPA for nearly 35 years
• Served as controller or CFO of various companies, where he was instrumental in building complex budgets and forecasts to help structure those businesses
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting—California State University, Long Beach

Sheri Zirschky

Sheri Zirschky – Regional Manager – Multifamily/Self-Storage

• 17-year veteran in the residential property sector, specializing in
California and Texas regions.
• Expertise encompasses on-site, corporate and regional levels of property management,
as well as Federal Fair Housing Guidelines
• Represented landlords on leasing and management issues for private homes,
residential units, mixed-use developments and storage facilities
• Additional experience in public/private development with Section 8 housing, age-restricted senior communities and self-storage facilities

Role for SGI Partners: Operational management, vendor relations, public relations, marketing strategies and budget preparations for multifamily and self-storage holdings and opportunities

Lawna Munholland

Lawna Munholland – Regional Manager – Commercial

• 43-year veteran of diversified commercial management in the S. California region
• Manages roughly $50 million of commercial property annually and is currently managing in excess of 400,000 square feet of real estate assets
• Expertise ranges from retail to office and industrial to investment brokerage, and includes managing leases, budgets, legal proceedings, insurance and project management with expert execution
